Welcome to Whispering Aspen Village, located in Fairplay, CO, and encircled by the Mosquito Mountain Range. The village is just 30 minutes away from the renowned "Ski Mecca" of Breckenridge. During warmer months, residents and visitors can enjoy climbing, hiking, guided horseback riding, and ATV off-roading right around the corner. The area is also known for having the best fly fishing in the state, making it a hub for outdoor activities year-round!

Within the existing part of the Village, you will find over 20 cabins, several RVs, tiny houses on wheels, a fully equipped clubhouse, and community recreation areas.

For those interested in RENTING or BUYING property in the Village—including RV lots, cabins, and residential homes—please check online platforms such as Airbnb or realtor.com, as individual property owners manage their rentals and sales. Please note that there is no management onsite.
