Atlantic Modern Homes builds modular homes, mini homes and accessory dwelling units at a plant in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and delivers across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador. The company states it was "born in New Brunswick" and that every unit it builds is "Constructed in Atlantic Canada", "Built with materials that meet or exceed local codes" and "Engineered to endure Canadian winters". Its published team includes a Production Manager with a carpentry background, an Operations Manager who "oversee[s] operations at the plant" and "implements prefab procedures to streamline production" as the plant "expands capacity to meet growing demand", and a Design and Project Coordinator working between the sales and production teams. Step five of its seven-step process is the factory build: "Your home is built indoors in our plant, protected from the elements."

Three stock models are published with sizes: The Annapolis at 1,071 sq ft (3 bedroom, 1 bath), The Twillingate at 700 sq ft (2 bedroom, 1 bath) and The Caraquet at 504 sq ft (1 bedroom, 1 bath), the last with two units available. Homes are offered three ways — in stock and delivery-ready from the display centre or off-site storage, under construction with completion windows given on request, or fully custom — and downloadable specification sheets are published separately for the modular and mini home lines. The company describes an ADU as "a small, fully equipped home located on the same property as the main house" with its own kitchen, bathroom and living space, for multigenerational living, rental income or guests, and says it guides buyers through permits, delivery and site preparation.
