Expands into Modular Homes, ADUs & Backyard Dwellings,” documents the widening of the line beyond tiny homes on wheels. Its homepage claims 100+ homes built and 9+ years in business, and states the homes are “Built here in our facility in Vernon BC, Canada and shipped anywhere in Canada or the US.”

Two tiny-home lines are published with sizes and CAD prices. The Roam Series comprises the Hummingbird (8.5′ × 34′, 325 sq ft, $164,000), the Sitka (8.5′ × 34′, 325 sq ft, $168,000) and the Boho (8.5′ × 37.5′, 400 sq ft, $188,000). The Rooted Series adds the Hummingbird Park Model (10.5′ × 40′, 400 sq ft, $198,000) and the Apex Park Model (9.5′ × 42′, 500 sq ft, $215,000).
