Tiny Estates

Tiny Estates opened in April 2018 and is nestled on a treed lot with rolling hills. Approximately 10% of the lots are dedicated to a tiny home community. Community residents pay $600 a month, which includes all utilities. There are currently 20 tiny houses, with rentals ranging from $75 to $149 a night. Despite being new, Tiny Estates is working hard to provide a variety of amenities and events for residents and visitors.
