Brent spent over 20 years in the park model industry—engineering floor plans, managing purchasing, overseeing warranties, and contributing to product development—while helping his previous company more than double its output. Joel’s background spans family business operations, RV manufacturing, and heading sales for a leading park model producer. Together, they recognized an opportunity to bring fresh innovation, refined processes, and elevated craftsmanship to a growing niche market.

Their controller, plant managers, and engineers come from strong backgrounds in accounting, heavy equipment operations, prefab building, process improvement, and technical craftsmanship.
