Hilltop Structures is a Tennessee-based builder specializing in high-quality Park Model RV tiny homes crafted by Amish builders. After being acquired in 2024 by longtime neighbors Robert Miller and Elmer Yoder, the company continues the legacy established by the King family while sharpening its focus on premium, ready-to-buy and custom park model cabins.

Robert and Elmer bring decades of hands-on construction and business experience, with Robert overseeing materials, operations, and sales while Elmer leads nationwide delivery. Their team also includes office manager Josh King, who helps guide customers through design choices and available models.

Hilltop Structures is built around a simple promise: delivering craftsmanship and service that leaves every customer fully satisfied. They’ve shifted exclusively to Park Model RV cabins—spacious, well-equipped tiny homes typically around 400 sq. ft. that offer the comforts of a traditional home, including full-size appliances, heating and cooling systems, washer/dryer hookups, customizable interior layouts, and optional lofts or screened porches. These homes are ideal for full-time living, vacation stays, Airbnb rentals, or downsizing without sacrificing quality.

All Park Model RV homes are RVIA inspected, ANSI A119.5 compliant, and come with warranties on structure and appliances. Buyers can choose from a wide range of finishes, siding styles, cabinet options, insulation upgrades, and layout configurations. Hilltop delivers throughout the United States and can arrange hauling for out-of-area customers.

Beyond tiny homes, they also offer cabins, barns, sheds, and other outdoor structures—all designed with the same focus on durability and craftsmanship. Their lot in Cumberland Furnace, TN showcases numerous prebuilt units available for immediate purchase, with office hours Monday through Friday and open display access on Saturdays.
