Vancini Conversions

Vancini Conversions is a family-run camper van conversion shop at 1480 Sandhill Drive Unit 8A in Ancaster, Ontario. Its About page describes the origin: "Vancini began with a simple idea: transform a van into a one-of-a-kind home-on-wheels for a year-long adventure before returning to the 9-to-5. That first build was crafted in our family's cabinetry shop." The company says each van is "designed and built in-house by skilled hands with over 30 years of custom cabinetry experience" and that it does not outsource the important parts. The workshop is open Monday to Friday and accepts visits by appointment.

The intake form lists three services — full custom van conversions, interior installations and upgrades, and exterior installations and upgrades — and asks buyers to pick a budget band of $80,000–$130,000, $130,000–$180,000 or $180,000–$250,000+. A "Preloved" page offers completed Vancini vans for resale. Component brands named on the site include Victron Energy, Eberspächer, Blue Sea Systems, Maxxair, Nomadic Cooling and Flarespace. Their most recently documented build, published August 2026, is "The Klaune," a Mercedes Sprinter with a blue-and-birch interior, composting toilet, 12V fridge and a Victron system panel.
