Chaparral Industries manufactures modular homes and commercial modular buildings at 3075 Sexsmith Road in Kelowna, British Columbia. Its own site says the company has been “building quality commercial structures and modular homes in Kelowna BC for nearly 50 years,” and that its buildings “can be found in neighbourhoods, campuses and industrial sites across BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.” It is listed as a Manufacturer member of the Modular Housing Association of British Columbia and its homepage announces a 2026 MHABC award for Best Single Family Home Over $250,000.

The residential side publishes floorplans, a current-inventory page of move-in-ready units, and featured builds including an award-winning modular home in Naramata, a Kelowna orchard home, the Bellflower showhome and the Wild Phlox showhome — the last listed at 762 sq ft with two bedrooms, one bathroom and quartz finishes, offered for immediate purchase. The site also markets a “BC-made prefab cabin under $250,000.” Alongside housing the company builds daycares, portable classrooms, Indigenous housing and emergency housing. Chaparral publishes its own warranty terms and an Intertek certification mark.
