The kitchen includes propane cooking, a concrete countertop, and integrated storage, offering both function and character in a compact footprint.

Exterior & Build:
The exterior is finished with white birch plywood door, siding is not, and a bold espresso-stained triangular design, along with a handmade front door. A 5x12 deck extends the living space outdoors, and the staircase includes a creative design built over the wheel well and storage area, featuring skateboard details on the upper steps.
