2 Building = 1 Tiny Home

This includes a 40’x14’ building which has a living room, full bath(composting toilet) and bedroom and a 30’x14’ building that has a kitchen, half bath (toilet not included) and a bedroom. Electrical ready, plumbing except for toilets done. The buildings are not completely finished, still needs some insulation, sheetrock, partial flooring and ceiling in the 40’ building. Both buildings include mini splits and water heaters.
