2022 Tumbleweed Tiny House – Dual Lofts, Move-In Ready

This tiny house was built in 2022 by Tumbleweed and offers a thoughtfully designed space that makes full-time living comfortable and practical. Measuring 8 feet wide and 30 feet long, the home has a total of 393 square feet when including both loft areas. It features a dual-loft design, with stairs leading up to each loft for easy access.

One of the highlights of this home is the amount of built-in storage. The staircases include drawers and cabinets, and there are additional shelves and cubbies throughout the house to help keep everything organized. The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combo, and the home is equipped with a 30-gallon water heater.

All appliances are included, making the home move-in ready. These include a washer/dryer combo unit, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and an induction stovetop.

Our family of four, including two children, has comfortably lived in this tiny house for over three years. It has handled a wide range of temperatures well—from single-digit winter weather to summer temperatures around 100°F—with the help of the included mini-split system.

The house is currently on wheels and can be transported easily. It was originally delivered to us by a Ford F350.
