Tiny Homes Village is a purpose-built tiny home community on 45 acres of Middle Tennessee farmland at Rock Island. The property is laid out for more than 200 lots, rented at $550 a month including water and septic, on 50-by-50-foot sites. The community is pet-friendly, and Rock Island State Park, Center Hill Lake and Cumberland Caverns are all close by.
