Peacewind is a legally zoned, code-compliant tiny home and small cottage community in Cocoa, Florida, developed by Braveheart Properties of Brevard, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Jinkie Echols. It is the first tiny home community in Brevard County, on roughly 15 acres of wooded land with a private lake.

The community includes 84 sites with a diverse mix of tiny homes on wheels and small cottages on foundations, serving both renters and homeowners. Lots are generous at 5,005 square feet (55' x 91'). All lots come with electric, city water, and sewer connections ready for occupancy.
