Park Delta Bay

Park Delta Bay is a tiny house and RV resort on the banks of the San Joaquin River in Isleton, California — billed by its operator as Northern California's first legal tiny house community. The property spans roughly 15 acres in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, about an hour from both the San Francisco Bay Area and downtown Sacramento.

The community currently has 13 tiny house sites alongside approximately 60 RV and trailer spaces, supporting around 80 full-time residents. The park welcomes RVIA-certified tiny houses on wheels and offers a mix of owner-occupied tiny houses and a few park-owned park models.
