Perch & Nest

Perch & Nest is a North Carolina tiny house RV builder founded in 2014 by Johanna and Tom Elsner. Based on a working farm in the Winston-Salem / Greensboro area, the husband-and-wife team pairs lead designer Johanna with lead carpenter Tom and a crew of carpenters, designers, and licensed professionals to craft one-of-a-kind THRVs. Offerings include DIY shells, RV-certified shells, and move-in-ready tiny houses, plus on-farm rentals so buyers can try tiny living before committing. Financing is available through Lightstream, and the team supports owners long after delivery.
