Oasis Homes is a Michigan modular and stick-built home builder operating since 1994 from Almont, with an additional location in Brighton. The company markets itself as Michigan's 'First and ONLY Master Builder' specializing in both traditional stick-built and modular construction and has delivered close to a thousand custom homes over the past three decades. Financial Controller Carl Hartman alone has overseen more than 600 on-your-land builds. Oasis produces modular homes ranging from 800 to 4,800 square feet and will customize any floor plan, adjusting engineering, tile, lighting, and finishes to buyer preference. They are members of the National Association of Home Builders and publish a dedicated modular warranty program.
