This tiny house has been a great place and is ready for someone new to make it their own. It has a bright, open feel with lots of natural light, a spacious layout, two lofts, a full kitchen, private laundry, and a beautiful wraparound porch. There are a few cosmetic updates to finish, giving the next owner a chance to personalize the tiny house.

This tiny house is 23 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 17 feet tall with one bedroom loft, a separate storage loft, one full bathroom, and an open living area.

The kitchen is one of the highlights, featuring a large bay window over the sink, butcher-block-style countertops, teal lower cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, and an extra counter ledge that works well for dining or additional workspace.

The living area feels open and inviting thanks to the tall ceilings and large windows. A mini-split heating and air conditioning system is already installed, and the built-in wall counter adds a nice workspace.

Please note that the wall paneling is warped in several areas and is being sold as-is. The storage drawers in the loft have been removed because they were not functional, and both sink faucets broke during the last freeze. Repairs to the faucets and storage wall are negotiable, while the paneling remains sold as-is.

Land is not included. This tiny house is not for rent or available as rent-to-own. It must be moved from the property, and transportation is the buyer's responsibility.
