The building is fully unhooked and ready to be loaded onto your trailer. It’s currently parked in Yancey County, NC. We will help you to arrange the home’s transportation (at buyer’s expense). We are not able to provide financing, but we can arrange a reasonable payment schedule to fit your needs as long as payment is made in full before the building is moved.
