31' Tiny House, 3 bed, 1 bath

This Tiny House was built in 2021 and has been lived in for four years by my family (Wife/Child/myself). It is 31' long, 8.5' wide, and about 13' tall from the ground on the exterior at its highest point. It has 12 windows and 2 skylights over the lofts that open. It has a mini split air conditioner with a heat pump (new, as of October 2025). There is also a small wood burning stove. It has a 100 gallon fresh water tank, a propane water heater, a washer/dryer combo unit, a propane stove/oven, a fridge/freezer combo, and a compost toilet with a urine diverter. There is a removable 30 gallon grey water tank as well. The house runs on a 50 amp hookup. Total square footage is about 320 if you count the lofts. It is pulled with a 2 5/8ths hitch. I have a Blue Rhino stabilizer hitch that I will throw in as well. Message me for serious inquiries.
