With over $10,000 in documented materials, a detailed spreadsheet of upgrades, and hundreds of hours of labor invested, a lot of care went into bringing this trailer back to life.

The plumbing has been completely redone, a new on-demand water heater was added, and modern systems were incorporated where it mattered most.
