This Tiny Home is entirely tailored for off-grid living, equipped with a robust power system that accommodates both standalone functionality and connection to a standard 30-amp power supply. The portable dimensions of 24 Ft Long x 8 Ft Wide make it highly transportable, suitable for use as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) or an off-grid cabin in a woodland setting. The Tiny Home is self-sufficient, featuring water tanks, solar panels, and a Starlink satellite internet connection. I built it to live in himself first before selling, using higher-end materials. I learned from experienced mentors in the industry about building techniques and details.

Trailer, Framing, Insulation:

– The trailer and frame kit are by Trailer Made Trailers.

– The metal framing utilizes double-coated marine wire for DC electrical components and Romex for AC power.

– Closed-cell spray foam insulation (professionally installed)

Heating/Cooling Systems:

– Heat = radiant floor, backup warm air, and hot water.

– AC = Low-voltage mini-split units (48V)

– Wireless + digital controls.

Off-Grid Power:

– Up to three days without sunlight.

– Components: ReLion batteries, Victron inverter/charger, and 8 solar panels generating a total of 3240 watts.

Kitchen:

– 11-foot Corian countertop, custom-made cabinets and drawers, and a 12V Isotherm Clean 200 fridge with side freezer.
