It features all brand new interior custom woodwork, narrow stairs leading to a lofted bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress, a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishes, coffee pot, and microwave, as well as a nice bathroom with a large shower. The property includes a pleasant private deck area.

The space is located just 4.7 miles from Bethany Beach, providing an opportunity for those curious about tiny house living to experience it firsthand. The tiny house offers 165 sq ft of cozy living space, complete with a TV, sofa, kitchen, and a separate bathroom featuring a large tiled shower. Guests can step out into a beautiful garden and visit the organic market stocked with everything needed for cooking or enjoying a meal at the café, which offers sandwiches and salads.

Guest access is entirely private, with parking available right out front. Interaction with guests is welcomed, as the host often works in the café or market. Although there is a second location in Rehobeth Beach, the host is always available to assist while maintaining a hands-off approach.
