Includes refrigerator, Gas stove, microwave and a washer/dryer hookups. Heat and air conditioning with a 12000 BTU mini split. There are 3 inches of Closed Cell Spray Foam insulation in the walls and 4 inches in the roof to keep the home at the temperature you want.
