My tiny home is tucked into the side of the mountain just 20 minutes from town, in the sweetest little hidden community called Lakeland Ridge in Tennessee and honestly, it’s been one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived. It’s an adults-only community, super peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, with Lake Cherokee right here. Being on the top tier lot means the views are amazing and there’s such a calm, tucked-away feeling that never gets old. The community is small with only 52 lots, so it very tight knit community that is extremely well cared for. It’s also fairly new (about three years old), which makes everything feel fresh and thoughtfully maintained.

What truly makes this place special is the people. I’ve made so many wonderful memories here boat days on the lake, weekend gatherings, live bands playing, and long nights sitting around the fire pit with neighbors. The owner lives on-site and genuinely cares, with maintenance and repair help always available, plus gated access, cameras, and security that make it feel very safe and comfortable. There’s a fully set-up community center with a kitchen, bar, TV area, arcade, and fire pit that’s always ready for get-togethers. My tiny home has been truly special to me, peaceful, welcoming, and full of heart, and I know it will be for the next owner too.

My tiny home is located in the Lakeland Ridge community, just outside of Bean Station, Tennessee near Pigeon Forge. The community offers a quiet, scenic setting with brand-new infrastructure and lot sizes starting at 30 x 60. Monthly lot rent starts at $450, with separate electric meters available (30 and 50 amp), along with a small fee for trash and water. Amenities include a new pavilion for gatherings, laundry and bathroom facilities, walking trails, and a small on-site restaurant, with future plans for a fenced dog park.
