Hi, I'm Danny.
This 8×12 super-insulated tiny house on wheels is my latest passion project, thoughtfully designed and hand-built in southern Ohio. With over 30 years of home construction experience, this marks my fifth tiny home build—one of my favorites yet.

After decades building full-size homes, I’ve enjoyed the challenge of creating highly functional, character-filled small spaces. I build these more for the love of it than for profit, and this particular unit was crafted to be efficient, practical, and inviting—the perfect addition to a backyard as a guest house, creative studio, or private retreat.

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted unit—not a mass-produced product. With decades of experience ranging from full residential homes to camper vans, my goal was to keep the cost accessible while delivering quality craftsmanship. It's ideal as a backyard studio, guest space, creative retreat, or affordable ADU.
