Escape Boho Vista Tiny Home Travel Trailer

Manufactured in 2020, this like-new tiny home built on a travel trailer is being sold to make way for a home addition. The tiny home is in great shape and has worked well as both a home office and weekend guest quarters through four Wisconsin winters. It has a built-in queen bed platform, futon style couch that folds down into a second bed, folding table/desk, kitchenette with fridge, sink and optional cooktop, and a bathroom with shower, sink and composting toilet. It also has tons of storage with a full size closet, cabinets, drawers and shelving above the backside windows which run the length of the unit (which can all be opened). 

Because it’s built on a travel trailer chasis and meets RVIA spec, it’s considered an RV, yet once you plug it into electric (and hook up to water if you like), it’s a year-round habitat. This model is the “base” Boho Vista from Escape (as seen at the site below) but with the additions of:

- Large picture window

- AC Heat Pump Split System

- Separett Villa Composting Toilet

- Sealed Pine T&G Ceiling, Walls and Trim (Painted White)

- Black (painted) Shou Sugi Ban look exterior

This unit, custom spec’d as above would cost $66,370 new. We are asking $49,500.

The unit can be re-located with any truck with a towing capacity over 8,500 pounds.
