The Tiny Home is constructed on a Creek Hill Welding trailer, featuring three 7K axles. It has a title in hand and comes with a 2 5/8-inch hitch. The tires are brand new, ensuring safe transport.

The exterior of the Tiny Home is finished with durable Diamond Cote lap siding, and the roof is made of metal for longevity. The insulation includes R-25 in the floor, R-20 in the walls, and R-20 in the ceiling, providing excellent energy efficiency.

For plumbing, the Tiny Home uses PEX and PVC drains, with water hookups available via hose or PEX. Sewer connections include a 3-inch PVC drain. A Rinnai hot water heater is installed for reliable water heating. Electrical service is 50 amps.

Inside, the bathroom features a 32-inch shower, and washer and dryer hookups are already installed. Heating and cooling are handled by a Daikin Mini Split Aurora Series system.
