Coziest tiny house on wheels

Tiny house designed and built by an experienced carpenter in Texas in 2018, and was delivered to our property in 2019, where it has been loving kept and occupied by our loved ones over the past few years. It has served as our “ADU” or spare room, and has been used as a full time home intermittently. It is very functional and efficient, with a relatively small footprint. We are moving from this property and sadly need to find a new home for this adorable, cozy, functional little home. Our loss could be your gain.

Custom wood work and wood floors throughout. Wood shingle and red metal roof. Double pane windows and copious insulation in walls, ceiling, and floor.

Cozy sleeping loft with window and ceiling fan for air circulation. Sleeping loft fits a queen mattress (gently used and included), and there are small shelves, reading lights, and power outlets.

Kitchen is efficiently designed with hanging storage, under-counter storage, and a very usable skin. There is currently an electric cooktop, water boiler, and toaster oven. Previously had an air-fryer and microwave too, depending on your preference. Fridge is compact, but very functional.

Flush toilet and spacious shower. Hot water heater, and mini split for heat and AC. Solid wood construction on a 16’ steel trailer.

Specifications:
-This house has standard plumbing and electrical: It plugs into a 110V 30amp RV type outlet; requires freshwater supply and septic/sewer connection. No holding tank for blackwater or grey water.
-Hot water is provided through a 110V, 7-gallon BOSCH electric hot water heater.
-It has a 110V Pioneer mini split Air Conditioner and Heat Pump combo.
-Energy efficient: 4" of insulation in the floor and 3" in all the walls and roof; also the windows are two pane gas filled. All lighting is LED.
-Includes 110V countertop cooktop, toaster oven, and small refrigerator/freezer.
-Bathroom has a normal flushing toilet, and a full sized, one piece shower stall. There is window and an exhaust vent. There is a pocket door to close the bathroom from the rest of the house.
-Storage space: cabinets under the countertop, large closet, storage loft above the door.
-The dwelling is 109 square feet on the main floor and 51 square feet in the sleeping loft.
-It weighs in just under 7,500 lbs, and is built onto a dual axel steel trailer. Registered with California DMV, clean title, pink slip in-hand.
